Booking Policies

 

* Guests are encouraged to book at least 24 hours before the start of a workshop for preparation purposes to give you the best experience.
* If classes are booked within 24 hours prior to the start of a workshop, we will try our best to fulfil these bookings. However, no guarantees will be given at this point and the option of having a refund or reschedule might be given.
* For weekend bookings, guests are encouraged to book 48 hours before the start of a workshop for us to prepare and deliver the best experience.
* SixteenO’s Art Bar reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of the above policy terms.

Cancellation Policy for Single Sessions

  • A 48-hour notice for cancellation must be given for a full refund.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours before the date of class reservation there will be no refunds given.

 

Cancellation Policy for Long-term Classes

  • A 24-hour notice for cancellation must be given for a rescheduled session.

  • The reschedule can be used for two (2) times only per long-term class package. Further cancellations will not be granted rescheduled sessions. Students are expected to meet 80% attendance of their originally scheduled classes to avoid total cancellations.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled to further respective long-term class session timings

  • After School long-term classes can be also rescheduled to school holiday class session timings.

Cancellation Policy for Events

  • A 72-hour notice for cancellation must be given for a full refund.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours before the date of event reservation there will be no refunds given.

  • Cancellations can be made by communications through the Let’s Chat feature on our website.

  • Please send the following details through the Let’s Chat feature:

  • Name:

  • Class booking: (Example: Pottery Experience Class)

  • Date:

  • Time:

  • Number of people:

  • Intended reschedule date and time (if applicable):

 

Deposit Policy for Events:

  • All event reservations require a 50% deposit of the total price, which must be paid on the day of making your reservation.

eGift Card Policy

  • eGift Cards are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
